El\u00a0<strong>Capitolio<\/strong>\u00a0es el lugar ideal desde el cual partir para explorar y descubrir Roma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre esta colina se encuentra la\u00a0<strong>plaza del Campidoglio<\/strong>, dise\u00f1ada\u00a0\u00a0 por el genio del Renacimiento: Miguel Angel Buonarotti y concebida para acoger la actividad c\u00edvica de la Roma Papal. El Campidoglio es hoy la sede de la municipalidad o ayuntamiento de esta ciudad que se identifica con la hist\u00f3rica sigla S.P.Q.R o\u00a0<em>Senatus Populusque Romanus<\/em>. Sin embargo, en la antig\u00fcedad representaba la pol\u00edtica y cultura de un Imperio que extend\u00eda sus brazos desde el Atl\u00e1ntico hasta el Eufrates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el\u00a0<strong>Capitolio<\/strong>\u00a0podremos comenzar a contar la historia de esta ciudad de m\u00e1s de dos mil setecientos a\u00f1os de historia, observando desde el alto el romanos identifican el inicio del <strong>Foro<\/strong>\u00a0con la legendaria fundaci\u00f3n de Roma por parte de R\u00f3mulo en el 753 a.C., con posterioridad al Rapto de las Sabinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Foro Romano se encontraba en un valle protegido por 5 de las 7 m\u00edticas colinas de Roma y en cuyo seno pasaron once siglos de historia.\u00a0Cada piedra, columna, arco, pelda\u00f1o, nos habla de leyes, de marchas triunfales, de ceremonias religiosas, de concentraciones pol\u00edticas, sociales, de luchas y procesos judiciales, de ceremonias f\u00fanebres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong>Foro Romano<\/strong>\u00a0era el \u201ccoraz\u00f3n pulsante\u201d de la Roma IMPERIALES<\/h1>\n<p>El \u00e9xito de las legiones romanas otorg\u00f3 poderes inconmensurables a ciertos Generales como Julio C\u00e9sar, el cual en el 49 a.C y despu\u00e9s de cruzar el Rubic\u00f3n, invadi\u00f3 Italia, transform\u00e1ndose en el dictador y absoluto l\u00edder de Roma. El <strong>Foro<\/strong>\u00a0por \u00e9l encargado fue el primer ejemplo urbano de poder din\u00e1stico en Roma. Realizado en torno al\u00a0<strong>templo de Venus<\/strong>, como demostraci\u00f3n de sus or\u00edgenes divinas.<\/p>\n<p>Este ejemplo fue seguido por Augusto que seg\u00fan algunos habr\u00eda acu\u00f1ado el dicho de \u201chaber recibido una ciudad de ladrillos para construir\u00a0 una en m\u00e1rmol\u201d. El\u00a0<strong>Foro que Augusto<\/strong>\u00a0dedic\u00f3 en el 2 a.C. constituy\u00f3 una especie de declaraci\u00f3n de principios familiares. En el centro el templo de Marte Vengador, como referencia al asesinato de julio C\u00e9sar y en los costados los predecesores\u00a0 de su estirpe din\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Foro de Trajano<\/strong>\u00a0con su bas\u00edlica, columna, biblioteca y centro comercial, fue considerado una de las maravillas del mundo Antiguo. Esta imponente obra el\u00edptica en ladrillo y Travertino con un eje longitudinal de 188 metros, pod\u00eda albergar a m\u00e1s de 60 mil espectadores.<\/p>\n<p>En la antig\u00fcedad el\u00a0<strong>Coliseo<\/strong>\u00a0era conocido con el nombre de Anfiteatro Flavio dado que fue construido por los Emperadores Flavios: Vespasiano, Tito y Domiziano. Inaugurado en el a\u00f1o 80 por Tito, fue ampliado y embellecido por su hermano Domiziano.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo a trav\u00e9s de la visita del interior del <strong>Coliseo<\/strong>\u00a0podremos sentir la emoci\u00f3n que\u00a0 los juegos gladiadores y la cacer\u00eda de animales, ejerc\u00edan en la poblaci\u00f3n romana del Imperio. Un famoso proverbio dec\u00eda que mientras el\u00a0<strong>Coliseo <\/strong>siga en pi\u00e9, lo har\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n Roma.
